Naked jogger arrested

When a man wants to run naked through the street, where better than Jay Bird Alley? Police arrested a 36-year-old man Sunday evening for allegedly jogging nude down Jay Bird Alley, a street in Norcross. David Eugene Chandler reportedly told an officer he was streaking because it was a religious experience. Chandler also told police he was running with another man, but police never found any other man. Police covered Chandler with a sheet and took him to the county jail. He is charged with public indecency.
