British Sex in the City

Model Rachel Hunter has landed her first major TV role - and is happy to bare her flesh for the show. Hunter, 32, will play socialite Georgie in a new British version of the raunchy American sitcom Sex And The City. Rod Stewart`s ex is due in London later this month to start filming Denial and has already signalled that she has no problems with stripping naked. "There`s no holds barred in England with sex, right? And that`s fine as long as it`s done in the right way," Hunter said. She described her character as an "alley cat" who enjoyed drinking and using cocaine. The show is tipped to be a mixture of Sex And The City and British series Cutting It, complete with glamorous outfits, lots of make-up and gripping storylines. "There have been a lot of work offers for Rachel but Denial is the one she believes will be a great success," Hunter`s spokesman told The Sun. The show will also feature Frances Barber, star of Manchild and Real Women, and Emily Lloyd, star of Wish You Were Here and A River Runs Through It.
